If you experience an issue or encounter an error you can contact our support team by submitting a support ticket or on our Discord server. We usually respond to all requests within 24 hours during normal business hours, 9am-5pm EST (GMT -4), Monday to Friday.

How to open a support ticket

• Login to your WordPress Admin Dashboard • Navigate to Themely Marketplace • Click the Support button • Fill out and submit the form which appears at the bottom of the page.
