# Submit Support Ticket

If you experience an issue or encounter an error you can contact our support team by submitting a support ticket or [chat live with our team](https://discord.gg/f3m2Pmp) on our Discord server. We usually respond to all requests within 24 hours during normal business hours, 9am-5pm EST (GMT -4), Monday to Friday.

**How to open a support ticket**

• Login to your WordPress Admin Dashboard\
• Navigate to *Themely Marketplace*\
• Click the Support button\
• Fill out and submit the form which appears at the bottom of the page.
